Transport is currently a “hot topic” in Belgium, Europe and around the world. CMS DeBacker has started a project aiming at discussing different themes related to transport and bringing concrete and efficient solutions to the table.
Through eight think tanks , we will discuss eight key aspects of modern transport:

· Transport Infrastructure Management in a liberalised market
· Tolls on motorway & The financing of transport infrastructures
· Port of Antwerp and logistic platform
· Where to operate a company and how to organize work?
· Car Mobility and Mapping
Introduced by an expert and lead by a specialist lawyer in the field, those talks will generate the basic material for a seminar organized in the autumn of 2012 where a number of key actors in transport will be invited. We wish to generate a debate that will challenge traditional ideas and foster creativity from all stakeholders.
Finally, a book that will summarize our findings will be published by the end of 2012.
