CMS DeBacker is a member of CMS, the organisation of independent European law and tax firms of choice for organisations based in, or looking to move into, Europe. CMS provides a deep local understanding of legal, tax and business issues and delivers client-focused services through a joint strategy executed locally across 27 jurisdictions with 53 offices in Western and Central Europe and beyond. CMS was established in 1999 and today comprises nine CMS firms, employing over 2,400 lawyers and is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany.
In the context of our current expansion, we are searching for the following profiles for our Brussels office:

Corporate Law: a Dutch speaking, junior lawyer, with excellent knowledge of English and French, having an experience of at least one year in a corporate and finance department of a referral structure (law firm is preferred);

Labour Law: a bi-lingual (Dutch/French) senior lawyer, with excellent knowledge of English and at least seven years experience. She/he must be able to handle by her/himself complex and individual cases for company clients;

Energy Law: a bi-lingual (Dutch/French) senior lawyer, with excellent knowledge of English and at least a five years experience.
All jobs are based in Brussels.
