CMS central office and its activities are coordinated through a European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG) located and registered in Frankfurt, Germany. CMS is managed by an Executive Committee, currently chaired by Pierre-Sébastien Thill, Managing Partner of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre (France), and a full-time Executive Partner, Robert Derry-Evans, who is based in Frankfurt.
