Virginie joined CMS De Backer in 2003 and specialises in Public Procurement Law and Aviation Law. Previously she practiced Business law with Liedekerke, Wolters, Waelbroeck & Kirkpatrick. She has been assistant to Professor ‘t Kint at the Université Catholic de Louvain, UCL.
In her daily practice (public procurements, concessions, PPP), Virginie assists public authorities and private companies, either on the conception of the operation and its implementation, or in the context of litigation. She is regularly the author of market documents and negotiates complex operations, analyses the attribution of tenders, in the framework of work, supply or service public procurements. She also gives trainings and seminars in the field of public procurements.
