In 2000, he joined the German law firm Haarmann Hemmelrath & Partners as a partner, where he developed the firm’s Belgian corporate practice. From 2003 to 2009, he was a corporate and finance partner at Lydian.
In 2009, Vincent became a partner at CMS DeBacker. Vincent’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets in connection with both private and public transactions, whether cross-border or domestic, essentially on behalf of UK and US clients.
