Managing a considerable trademark practice for many years, she has developed in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Benelux and European trademark law.
In addition to her trademark practice, Veerle has been involved in complex patent litigation in various fields, among others pharmaceuticals. She also developed a specific expertise in various fields of the LifeScience sector, e.g. regulatory aspects regarding pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics and biocides, licensing, combating counterfeiting and piracy, distribution and parallel import issues.
