Since joining CMS DeBacker in October 2008, Tinne actively participates in commercial and corporate transactions, advising both national and international clients on all aspects of Company law (M&A transactions, corporate housekeeping, corporate governance, directors’ liabilities, shareholder conflicts, insolvency and restructuring…) as well as assisting companies in the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of commercial agreements.
Tinne also handles litigation in her area of expertise. She is known as a dynamic, proactive and responsible team player.
