Stacey combines her Real Estate and Corporate experience to assist and advise national and international real estate players, (including inter alia property investors, project developers, property managers, financial institutions), in their Belgium real estate activities. Among others, she provides expert legal advice and operational assistance in matters concerning the acquisition, sale, and management of real property in Belgium. She also advises and assists clients on construction law, lease and property right matters. Finally, she conducts litigation in front of the Belgian Courts in all the aforementioned matters.
Stacey is a key member of the firm’s Real Estate team and regularly acts as counsel in corporate matters.
