Pierre began his career with Nelissen Grade Law Firm in Brussels where he specialised in Commercial and Employment Law. He joined DeBacker's Labour department in April 2008 and specialises in Employment and Social Security Law. He conducts litigation, advises on non-litigious matters, and carries out legal audits, as well as assisting in the negotiating and drafting of agreements and transactions. He focuses, inter alia, on employment contracts, individual and collective redundancies, business restructuring, requalification of independent contractors, salary policy and employment regulations.
