She advises on transaction-related agreements, such as SPAs, shareholders agreements, financing agreements, etc. Furthermore, she has extensive litigation experience. She frequently handles complex corporate and insurance cases in front of the Belgian courts and arbitral tribunals. Pierre-Anne’s experience includes assisting shareholders and directors in corporate restructuring and strategy management.
