Patrick specialises in Public and Administrative law and is the author of several publications on public procurements, zoning regulations and public services. In his daily practice, Patrick assists public authorities and economic operators, either at the conception stage of operations, or in their implementation, equally in the context of litigations. He regularly writes market documents, as well as negotiating complex operations, tender attribution analyses, in the framework of work, supply or service public procurements. In his Health law practice, Patrick assists hospitals, notably in merger or reorganisation operations, as well as the management of medical and auxiliary medical staff, both in his capacity as adviser and as a litigation lawyer.
