CMS has published its third-edition of the Guide to PPP in Europe – a guide exploring and explaining the PPP landscape across 21 European jurisdictions and offering insights into the macro-economic and political conditions in each country, as well as the national legal system and, in particular, laws applicable to PPP projects. The 158-page Guide also looks at recent and current PPP projects in the different jurisdictions, including local Belgian market characteristics and financing options.
