Laurence began her career in a Flemish generalist law office.
Since joining CMS DeBacker, Laurence has been involved in corporate law. She advises on corporate mergers, acquisitions and restructuring, as well as shareholders conflicts.
Laurence also advices Belgian and International companies on all corporate issues, including corporate housekeeping and corporate litigation.
Laurence also assists clients in the negotiation and drafting of their commercial agreements.
