Since joining CMS DeBarker’s Corporate and Real Estate team in October 2008, Julie is actively participating in corporate and real estate transactions, advising both national and international investors on a wide of range of matters. Julie also handles litigation in her area of expertise. She is known as dynamic, pro-active and responsible lawyer who is much appreciated by her team colleagues.
