Prior to joining CMS DeBacker in September 2010, Jelena was an associate in the corporate law and financial services department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Brussels.
Jelena specializes in corporate law, particularly in operation relating to the transfer of shares, merger and demerger, transfer of branch of activities and joint ventures, as well as in operation of insolvency and restructuring.
