After working as a trainee for Haumont – Scholasse & Partners, Ivan-Serge joined the CMS DeBacker team. He specialises in public and administrative law and focuses mainly on environmental law (IPPC, soil remediation, waste and climate, including public financing), town planning and energy law. He works with private companies and public authorities giving legal advise, legislative work and litigation. Ivan-Serge has an in-depth expertise of climate change law at a local, European and international level, in both regulatory and markets issues.
