The colloquium will cover environmental and funding aspects:
The environmental management of airports and the Walloon sustainable development model (support policies aimed at local residents, follow-up of noise nuisance), presented by airport managers, specialists in noise nuisance and air traffic management.
The funding of airport infrastructure according to the principles and decision-making practice of the European Commission, presented by experts in European law, representatives of the European Commission and of the European Committee of the Regions.
Annabelle Lepièce, Partner, CMS DeBacker, will hold a presentation on: “The public financing of airport infrastructures: a practical approach for airport managers and their public shareholders”.
