The CMS European M&A Survey, published on 19 May 2009, provides insights into M&A trends based on an evaluation of hundreds of transactions in 2007/08 where CMS firms were involved.
This unique piece of research will benefit any buyer or seller considering a transaction in the current market. This is reflected not only in lower valuations and pricing, but also in a clear shift of risk to the sellers, which is expected to become more pronounced in 2009.
