Stéphane Collin, who joined the firm in 1999, has been promoted to partner in the Corporate practice. Stéphane specialises in restructuring of private and public companies, in relation both to national and cross-border transactions. He regularly advises Belgian and foreign groups of companies on equity issues (mergers, sales and transfers of branch operations, demergers of companies) and non-equity reorganisations or partnerships, including joint ventures. Stéphane has particular experience of the steel and cement industry, and has acted in several partnerships and projects in these sectors.
Stéphane has a law degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (1998).
